Plans, the free trial and pricing
Cuewire has a free plan and paid plans. This page shows what each plan includes, how the free trial works, and how to buy Pro.

Paid plans are being tested before launch. Prices and what each plan includes may still change.
You already pay for your agents. Cuewire never resells model access and never touches your agents’ logins. Its plans pay only for the canvas around them.

On Free, a fourth agent waits until one of the three running agents stops. Its terminal says Waiting: the Free plan runs 3 agents at once. Plain terminals without an agent don’t count. Free also works with one remote computer: the first one your projects use. A project on a second computer won’t open until you upgrade or remove the first computer’s projects.
The free trial
A new account gets 14 days of Pro, free. You don’t need to enter any payment details.

While the trial runs:
- The button at the bottom of the sidebar says Pro trial.
- The Account sheet says Your free trial ends on 2026-11-05. Upgrade to keep Pro after that., with the real date.
- Upgrade to Pro is there. Buy during the trial and you keep Pro when the trial ends.

If the trial ends without a purchase, Cuewire goes back to Free. Nothing you made is lost.
Buy Pro
- Click your plan’s name at the bottom of the sidebar. The Account sheet opens.
- Click Upgrade to Pro. The checkout opens in your browser.
- Choose monthly or yearly, and pay.
- Go back to Cuewire. Within seconds, the sidebar says Pro plan.
Paddle, our payment provider, takes the payment. Cuewire never sees your card details.
Note
Cuewire looks for your new plan for 15 minutes after you click Upgrade to Pro. If you pay later than that, Pro arrives at the next licence check. That happens when Cuewire starts, and every six hours.

Working offline
Cuewire checks your paid licence while you are online. A licence then works for 14 days without a connection. The Account sheet says how long, for example Works offline for 12 more days; it renews by itself while online.
The Free plan works offline for good.
Two promises
- Keep what you paid for. After 12 months of your own paid subscription, you keep the paid
features for good. That holds even if you stop paying, and offline. It covers every version
released up to the end of your paid time.
- The months need not be in a row.
- Refunded payments don’t count. Nor does time after a cancellation, the free trial, or a seat your organisation pays for.
- Once you have it, the Account sheet says, for example, Yours to keep after 12 paid months, in versions released before 2027-11-22.
- Updates are never held back. Security fixes reach every plan, Free included.
