Questions

How does the free trial work?

Sign in with your email inside Cuewire. A new account gets 14 days of Pro, free, with no payment details. Buy during the trial to keep Pro. Otherwise Cuewire goes back to Free, and nothing you made is lost.

What counts as an agent?

A terminal that runs an agent CLI, such as Claude Code or Codex, or your own command. Plain shells don't count. On Free, a fourth agent waits until one of the others stops.

Do I keep Pro if I stop paying?

After 12 paid months, you keep Pro for good in the versions released while you paid. Security fixes reach every plan.

Does Cuewire pay for my agents' usage?

No. Your agents use your own accounts with their providers, such as Anthropic or OpenAI, and you pay those providers yourself. Cuewire never sees those logins.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of your first payment. See the refund policy.

Which systems does Cuewire run on?

Windows 10 and 11 today. macOS and Linux are on the way. Remote projects work on Linux computers over SSH and in WSL.
